About Trouble Sleeping

Trouble Sleeping was founded in 2006, by
Dr. Lindsay Browning, to help people with their sleep.

Trouble Sleeping helps people to sleep better. On average, adults need 7-9 hours of sleep every night, and the health and wellbeing benefits when we do are considerable and scientifically proven.

Trouble Sleeping has been working with individuals for over 15 years from our clinic in Berkshire, UK, as well as online. We offer therapy, based on CBT-I, for both adults and children. We also offer specialist services for athletes and shift workers.

In addition, Trouble Sleeping can provide insightful and engaging seminars, webinars or workshops for your business, organization or charity, as well as specialist sleep sessions for your wellbeing event, retreat or resort.
