Trouble Sleeping has been busy…

So far this year, I have been very busy at Trouble Sleeping … In February I (Dr Lindsay Browning) was announced as the Sleep Ambassador for the UK bed company And So To Bed. I have been working with them to promote good sleep habits and so far I have written two articles: one about sleep when you share your bed with another person https://www.andsotobed.co.uk/blog/new-blog-posts/sleep-with-another-person and one about general sleep hygiene tips https://www.andsotobed.co.uk/blog/new-blog-posts/sleep-hygiene-tips.

In March I was asked to speak at the annual Sleep Show in London about worry and insomnia.

My talk was live-streamed on my Facebook page, so check it out at www.facebook.com/drbrowningsleep if you would like to watch a replay. I also had a stand at the show and was able to speak to hundreds of people about their sleeping issues.

In addition, in March and April I have given talks for Victoria’s Promise about sleep in cancer, talks to the Avon and Somerset Police Department about sleep and shift work and to members of the depression support group, Depression XPression. I have also been on Radio Woking and interviewed for a Sleep Junkie’s podcast about CBT-I.
