10th October is World Mental Health Day. The Wellbeing in Wokingham Action Group (WIWAG) are holding a FREE event – with experts and organisations talking about emotional wellbeing.
Come along and top up your mental wellbeing!
This event is for YOU if emotional wellbeing is an area you are interested in or have been affected by. This year’s World Mental Health Day theme is Young People’s mental health, so some of the workshops will have a younger person’s focus. Other workshops will be focused on adults.
The event takes place at Cantley House Hotel, Milton Road, Wokingham, RG40 1JY. It is from 10am to 3pm on 10th October 2018. There will be talks including sleep advice and a personal recovery story, experts in supporting children with anxiety and their parents, food for good mood, Science of Happiness, Relax Kids, Mindfulness and Laughter Yoga. Plus, there are plenty of chances to try a new activity such as yoga & boxercise etc.
