Dr Lindsay Browning is a neuroscientist and sleep consultant. She has a Doctorate (DPhil) from the University of Oxford where she investigated the relationship between worry and insomnia. She also has an MSc. in Neuroscience and a BSc. in Psychology.
When Dr Browning received her doctorate she realised that there was a desperate need for help for people suffering from insomnia and founded Trouble Sleeping in 2006. The sleep consultancy advice offered by Dr Lindsay Browning is based on her expertise in sleep.
As a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society https://www.bps.org.uk/lists/cpsychol, a member of the British Sleep Society and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr Browning is a qualified and respected professional in the field. She also has several academic publications about sleep and game theory.
She has lived in Singapore and America but currently lives in the UK with her husband and two children.
