The aim of Trouble Sleeping is to provide help with your sleep problems from the initial assessment and diagnosis right through to finding you the appropriate treatment.


·         Assessment of sleep using a range of techniques designed to diagnose different sleep disorders

·         Treatment for insomnia using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

·         Behavioural sleep advice (including home assessments)

·         Education and advice about all sleep matters, including how to improve your sleep, jet-lag, shift work, etc.
